Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Find Your Nights. The Service relates to bars and nightlife venues; you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including the legal drinking age where you live and where you go out. We do not sell, serve, or facilitate the sale of alcohol.

Your account

You may need an account to rate venues, check in, upload media, or use venue chat. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of the ratings, reviews, photos, videos, check-ins, and chat messages you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Find Your Nights a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to submit it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate the rights of others or any law.

Ratings and check-ins

Ratings are intended to reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. Verified check-ins are tied to a real visit to a venue. You agree not to submit fake, paid, incentivized, or otherwise dishonest ratings or check-ins, and not to rate a venue on behalf of someone else. We may remove content or restrict accounts that we believe manipulate ratings.

Acceptable use

When using Find Your Nights — including venue chat — you agree not to: post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or obscene; impersonate others; spam or advertise; upload content you do not have the right to share; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; or interfere with, scrape, or disrupt the Service. Venue chat is a shared, time-limited space for people out at the same venue; be respectful of others there.

Moderation and removal

We may review, remove, or limit access to any User Content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion — for example, to enforce these Terms or to protect users and venues. You may delete your own content and account at any time.

Our intellectual property

The Find Your Nights name, logo, software, and the design and organization of the Service are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.

Third-party services and venues

Find Your Nights relies on third-party services (such as Google for sign-in and venue data) and displays information about independently operated venues. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or guarantee, any venue, and venue details may be incomplete or out of date. Your interactions with venues and other users are solely between you and them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or rating is accurate. You use the Service, and go out, at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Your Nights and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
